Had two fun days with the Racing Academy. Well cared for may I add. Edgar was my instructor. Friday it was like swimming, what a rain and I don't have a lot of confidence in the rain. But what can you drive terribly fast with rain tires. Saturday better but still not optimal. Last sessions dry. All weekend on rental BMW S1000 RR. Race bike not ready. We drove in rain mode but it is a fun and stable bike. Pani steers lighter and brakes better, but BMW is more stable at speed. Last session on a HP4 but I found it a dreadful bike. Maybe suspension was not good set. Understeered and way too nervous even in rain mode. Throttle control not pleasant to do it that way. What I've missed the most. Those two cylinders droaning between my legs. This was a sewing machine.
