First, greetings from the Deutsche side! And don't worry: Some of my best friends are Ducatistas. They allow me and my humble HP4 Comp among their 1199 Holiness (as long as I promise not to take any pics).

Got a great ride planned tomorrow (Sunday the 14th), if any of you think you can keep up. Errr, I mean, if any of you want to join.

From the DC area, backroads to Sperryville wherein I'll deposit another 5mm of my knee sliders, then to Luray to a fantastic new back road I discovered last month, then back to Front Royal then twisties back to DC.

211 over the mountain was very clean last month when I was up.

I used to live in that area. We don't tell people about really good backroads.

It was clean until you put all those black strips down through the turns.

I'm out until I can get my hand to squeeze a clutch again. Stupid thumb.
