Hi all

I'm riding motorcycles about 30 years now and started with Ducati last march with a Monster 1200S. 27'000 km and some track days till today without any problem.

Five weeks ago the Monster has got a sister. After a intensive comparison with the S 1000 RR 2015 the decision was absolutely clear for me: The Panigale 1299S won the race. I've made 3'500 km with it and every ride was pure pleasure.

For me the best Superbike for mountain roads... and sure a lot of fun on the track.

I'm glad to be a part of this forum.

Beautiful bikes, beautiful country... Which part oh CH is that? I used to lived in Leysin for two years, never forget those times..

What a backdrop!! Love that Monster too!

congrats, love the picture with the mountain in the background.

i'm in the same boat as you, i got a Ducati S4RS Tricolore Monster and a 1199S Tricolore. :)

Welcome! I can't wait to explore your country! I'm going to Vicenza, Italy for a month and then moving to Wiesbaden, Germany and planning to move my panigale with me.

Both bikes look GREAT!!! The Monster is tastefully done.

Glad to see, I'm not the only one putting serious miles on the 1299S.

Cheers.

Wow, just wow

Not many things would make the Panigale look less impressive - awesome back drop

Thank you

Härzlich Willkommä Du alte Thurgauer :)
Great to have you on this forum, you'll find lots of valuable information here.
Are you still happy with the RB module on the Monster?
Greetings from Zürich

Tnx for the warm welcome!

I like my italian style icons as photo objects of first value, especially in their natural habitat ;-). More in my growing galleries:

Monster and Panigale.

@bitus899: I live in the eastern part of Switzerland, near the Lake of Constance. The pic with the mountain backdrop was made on one of my home circuits leading to the Schwägalp mountain pass. The next German Autobahn is 30 minutes away, the next mountain pass one hour. I have perfect testing grounds right at my front door :).

I'm on the track with the Pani with old but still very fast champion Jacques Cornu on 30 July and can't wait.
