Helmet mic and headset help

Hello happy monday

I am off on another tour, and have an Arai RX7 helmet
and want a wired helmet mic/headphone set up.
dont want a blue tooth setup and i wear earplugs. (i can still hear)

can anyone recommend a wired setup something that i can plug into my iphone?

I have these, they are earplugs and headphones all rolled into one. You can get custom ones by getting an ear mold taken at any audiology clinic, send it in, and they'll ship you back a custom set of earphones.
