HELP. Ducabike GP Edition Triple Clap Install Issue - Steering lock pin.

I installed the below. When trying to lock the bike, the locking pin is blocked bu the bottom of the triple clamp. I measured the the stock vs. Duc bike. The stock width of clap is 29,20mm and the Ducabke is 33,76. Has anyone had this locking issue?

I did see a post from on gent that had the same issue. I think he machined it down. But, technically, this should not be typically necessary.

I had this problem, going from Marzocchi forks to Ohlins, and needed to change the top yoke for the S model. I did not realise the 899/1199 top triple (or yoke) had a wider section near the petrol tank, and the steering lock would not work. I bought the correct yoke, but still had to machine the part down. See the difference in the pics, and can just see the machining for the locking pin, it's silver, not black. Have you bought/been sent the item for your model of Ducati? Hope this helps. Dave

Thanks for the feedback. I can machine it down but before I do I will reach back out to the supplier and give measurements and issue. Strange. Will try to find post of person that had same issue and was quite perturbed. In any case, appreciate the quick response.
