Help. Ducati Panigale V4 braking.

ABS set to 2
Coming home from work a car pulled out and I gave it a quick handful of brake and had to release it aging before the bike flipped.
Is this normal as my 2017 BMW S1000RR never lifted the rear wheel.

I thought I would never find a bike better than s1000 but I’ve got to say this machine puts a smile on my face every time and I will never go back to jap!
Loving my Panigale V4 ��
