Help fixing 1199 throttle tab

Hey guys so, was hitting my throttle pretty hard today and my throttle tab broke does anyone know where I can just buy the top piece of the throttle? Ducati Omaha has the assembly for 350 but I don't need the whole assembly. I just need the top part.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The tab is gone somewhere I was gonna try to krazy glue it back but can't find it :/

Well, I guess I'm good now guys I drilled a small hole put a small screw in, super glue and it's good to go. [emoji106]

In racing we typically use 3-5 layers of electrical tape to secure the throttle in place

But your trick works well too

Or you could just buy a new one or you could get the Jetprime throttle

Yeah but I fixed it already lol but if it breaks again I think I'll go with the jetprime.

LOL I was being a ........ I have the Jetprime but i went back to the stock setup with the brembo mounted on/start switch. I had a bit of an issue with the Jetprime not interfacing with the throttle tube assemble well. I ended up massaging the inside of the JP housing which worked but it just wasn't as smooth as the stock setup. Additionally, the JP was just friggin huge and since I already had the Brembo switch, really offered me no benefit. They make one with or without the switch. They were supposed to have an aluminum throttle tube available which i ordered from them but they cancelled and refunded my order. In retrospect the tube would have offered no benefit either. The stock set up works pretty well. Notice your in Hawaii. We have a place in Koko Marina off Lunalilo Hm Rd.

Oh ok, yeah I was looking for a cheap way to fix it. Didn't want to buy the whole assembly. Hopefully I don't have to get the JP, and my ghetto fix last haha. Nice, I'm right by Pearl Harbor. I drive pass Hawaii Kai and that area all the time just to cruise around the island. Get boring after a while though haha
