If like me the vast amount of adjustment on the Panigale leaves you a bit bamboozled but you want to try and improve your ride, then you might find this page helpful. It is the most 'matter of fact', easy to understand explanation of the basic terminology and the issues around the various facets of suspension setup that I've come across.. suspension fault finding

That's cool. I wish I could just copycat someone that really know what they are doing.

The problem is we all have different perception of good ride/handling, and we are all different weights. If you can find someone the same weight and who likes a similar type of handling/ride then you might have a chance.

I don't feel like I know enough to really choose fort self yet. Its getting better though.

I now see all I "knew" about suspension I don't.... Awesome link Carlo!! Thx!!!

There are some good videos on youtube from Ohlins and Track schools with suspension techs. First thing you need to do is have proper springs and then set the sag and go from there.

I've been working through this on my HP4 and I'm closer to s setting that works for me.

The first thing I'm doing with my Pani is reducing the pre-load on the rear, see if that makes it a little less snappy.

It will but just a bit. Had a very successful track day today. Bike is almost locked in just getting a little head shake on hard braking.

Dunlop slicks are gangbusters on this bike. Screw the supercorsas.
