Home page Cluttered in Chinese

Whats going on here. The entire home page when you type in ducati1299.com and it goes to the ducatiforum.com home page is cluttered with stuff in Chinese. Whats this dude doing? Is he creating spam? Almost every new post is in Chinese. Who is this Jvincent.khoza? It has to be spam or a bot posting. Every post by this forum member is almost 2 to 3 min apart.
