How do I upload proper sized pics to the forum?

The Dragon Lady has just had her Carbon Fibre tank installed by Ultimate Performance in Centurion. The tank was supplied by Carbon 2 Race who has previously advertised their tanks on the forum.
The tank without any fittings weighed in at 2.75 kg (19.3 liter size) and fitted quickly and easily. It looks stunning.
If anybody can explain to me how to upload proper sized pics to the forum I will load the initial pics.

Go to resize, for message boards, and then cops and paste
"Hot link for forums"
Copy and paste link to the forum and photo shows up.
