How hard is it to Ceramic Coat the exhaust? Has anyone done it?

I have the S and she gets quite hot! I'm sure they all do. I'm more of a "do-it-yourself-er" and would like to do this myself. It looks fairly easy taking the bottom of the exhaust off, but i want to do the entire exhaust, Ceramic Coated. Is it easy to do at home? Should I pay someone to do it? Is it worth it? Has anyone in here done it themselves? Thank you all in advance for your help!

The easiest way is to purchase the full system and then have it coated and swap it out. I believe it is about a 6 hour job if you know what you are doing.

I did this to mine, heat is about the same with or without ceramic coating.

Send it to Jet-Hot. I have written a bunch about it on here. It eliminated the heat issues for me. (Along with the full Termi and large heat shield). I don't even feel it in the hot Louisiana weather, while sitting in traffic.

Yes, I know the pics are sideways. The mods can't seem to fix the rotation with upload issues.

The Dragon Lady's full Termi's have been ceramic coated inside and out and I fully recommend it.

ceramic coating is a paint pretty much nothing like powder coating, I do powder coating at home and would like to do ceramic coating too but it needs a special gun.
Once its painted on you have to bake the part.
