Has anyone done the 15/41 gearing and aimed for a 540mm swingarm length. I am thinking the chain will need to be 106 links up from the stock 104 links and 15/39.
Jarel, I thought I read somewhere that you had the 15/41.

i went down to 15T, can count the links later for you...

This doesn't answer your question on swingarm length, but using this calculator will most definitely help.
Sprocket and Chain Length Calculator

It did help, never seen it before. Thanks. Ended up at 106 links. Swingarm length is at 540 at 15/41 with 106 links. The axle ends up at 6 o'clock in the eccentric which is a good start for gearing changes.
I can't wait to ride it on track again with the longer wheelbase and better acceleration.

Glad I could help. That website has some extremely good calculators. Check out the other bike related calculators, as I think you will be suitably impressed.

Hi Phil...what do you mean you went down to 15T? Stock is already at 15T for the drive sprocket and 39T for the rear...

Maybe you meant 14T which is a -1?
