I'm sure the answer is somewhere in the forum, I had a search but couldn't find the answer.

Going to run 42t rear 15t front, will be ordering a new chain, how many links do I need?

39T is 104, 41T is 106. I'd try 108 first to be safe - chains are like hair. You can cut but not add (well, not easily).

106.
Wheelbase will be extended and ride height will drop. Make sure to adjust your ride height to compensate for these new geometry changes.
