Im getting all sorts of numbers here. please let me know what you were charged and how many hours were billed.

No one has been quoted or charged more than $2k. I can't imagine a single owner being quoted that for the service itself. I'm not sure how you came up with the $3k figure as mentioned in another thread. It should be around $1500, give or take a couple hundred.

From what I've read on here and heard in general, the 15k service is almost pointless since these Panigale motors tend to stay within spec if it hasn't been ridden hard for most of its life and since yours is out of warranty, I'd just do an oil change, replace whatever else you may need to n call it a day.

i was told 24 book hours for the service x 135 an hour thats 3240. if its what you say makes my decisions simple.

ok my local guy just said 12 hours. which is 1650 plus tax plus if you need shims. so 2k max

Most of these shops are flat rate. They should be "going by the book" for the labor charges.

It is a pain to get to the horizontal cylinder valve cover so 8-10 hrs makes sense.

No bike is exactly the same..... if it does need adjusting and doesn't.
The cost of repair will far outweigh 1.5k to inspect.

What an odd question..?

Thats like asking me , "what's your name pA ?"

The answer of course lies within the question itself, and thus my name is "pA"....

Accordingly, the cost of my 15k service was 15k....

I literally had mine done a week ago: $252 for parts, $1,510 for 15.9 hours of labor, plus taxe = <$2K

Why don't you just take it to Chris Boy at MotoCorse in Fort Lauderdale? He has one of the best shops in the country. You won't get overcharged and the whole thing will be done correctly.
