So, today was ride to work day. All the motorcyclists on the base, Sheppard Air Force Base, gather up and ride around the base. We go out with them and make a bunch of noise with sirens and air horns!
We finished up and headed over to a pavilion to eat lunch. I see a red 996 pull up and park. How excited am I! Finally another Ducati rider in the area. I walk up to him and introductions are made. Then he tells me in about two weeks he is being stationed elsewhere. Man, it's lonely being the only Desmo rider around here.
