I have researched Google but with not many results...

I want to have my brothers Cagiva mito frame shipped here from Germany. What's the best thing to do/ declare in the papers to not get in trouble? I'm thinking EPA and such...

I am still listed as owner in the German title since I held it back then and let him ride it. It's a 1998 model.

I will have the frame and swingarm shipped first, then the rest of the chassis and plastics. It doesn't have an engine.

What I might do with it here is either an rz350 swap or I go electric. Mainly for track, but road would be nice in the long run eventually.

Shall I send the frame rather with a copy of the title (hint towards full vehicle) or just with a packing slip for components and the mandatory customs form?

Opinions? Experiences?

Thanks!!!
