I have been runnung a Motoholders front fairing stay and have not been happy with it full stop. The IMU mount is crooked and had no isolation mounting option. So, I have purchased a kit from M.Motocorse and the IMU is claimed to be exactly as factory angle, (which the Motoholders isn't).
How do I do a calibration of the IMU ?:confused:

I've been building my track bike and had IMU mounting issues... The DB holders position was bad. I would get the "inertial sensor" message. Turned the bike off for 5 min or so and then back on and the message disappeared. I think that is all that is needed. Good luck!

On a side stand ?

Do you have a link to where this unit is sold?

Got sick of not knowing if TC DWC are working or not with IMU fault coming on at random, lashed out. It gives me a complete spare fairings and stays now.
Just put a fresh 1299r engine in that was from Bayliss's race spares, so I really want the whole package to work. Was tossing up getting a V4, but the 1299 is sorted and goes pretty hard. The engine I replaced punched out 9000+ track km and was still running great.

My last track day revelation was using a Pirelli SC2 on the front. If anyone has been religiuosly using an SC1 try the SC2 big difference.

I have been battling massive weaving exiting corners for a couple of years now , and tried every setting and geometry change possible and could not get it to go away. Really evident at T12 at Phillip Island. When I used the SC2 I mounted it on my spare front wheel which is the heavy cast wheel from the base model and I believe problem fixed ! Need a few more sessions to confirm, but I'm wondering if the extra weight and gyro effect has helped. ????

Most probably the extra weight is helping stabilize you. I'm running SC2's front and rear and found the small forward weight shift from my peg position has really helped stabilize my bike. No way can I run a tank extension and be comfortable at my short 5'7" self.
