Inconsistent brakepad wear

Hi

Noticed that my brakepads are showing inconsistent wear between left and right front caliper.

In the pic, the two most worn are from the left caliper. Significantly different wear! Bike has about 4k miles on it and they were stock pads.

Any ideas on why this has happened, or is it normal?

Not normal. Maybe the left calipers' pads aren't retracting , check the pistons to see if they aren't sticking . Tooth brush and soapy water to get rid of any grime . Fresh fluid too.
 
Just finished with brakecleaner and aluminiumpaste on my .....,and new SC's.
No wear like ^^^^
Im in with Calderara,check,clean & grease pistons.
