I've read up on some of the previous posts about the fender eliminators and turn signal lights available. But most of it is old information. Anyone have any new information on new fender eliminators and integrated tail lights or turn signals? Looking to probably get the competition werkes fender eliminator and move the turn signals somewhere else, most likely integrate them.

comp werks has the integrated tail lights in the works. you can get their current kit which puts the signals in the vents if you like or you can wait. i am waiting only because it is winter now and my bike is in the garage. if the integrated one isnt out by april i will just get the regular comp works one which has led signals in the open tail section. its very clean. ive seen it in person.

Do you have info that there is going to be an integrated version?

yes i have called the company many times. you can ask them. 8007362114. they dont have release date yet. check out their website you can see what they have so far for the 1199.

Does anyone know if the corse dynamics fender eliminator can be mounted with the passenger foot pegs???

I made my own yesterday out of Aluminum. Still waiting on the 5-BAR LED turn signals, but all in all it'll have cost me about $22 for the materials and 2 Amber and 1 White LEDs.

Still waiting on the Amber LEDs, but the plate and Lic Plate light install are nice and clean. In addition to being the least expensive, mine is probably the lightest weight one made, too.

the comp werkes tail kit is cheesy, however they allow to install blinkers in the air duct of the tail section. if i had known how cheap quality it is i would have sought other alternatives.

Let's see what you got. I was thinking of going to route myself. Having this and the CW intergrated light.

Really nothing to the bracket itself. Two big holes and two little holes.

I took a bunch of pics of everything else--wiring, LED location, etc. Will post soon in the How To section when the project is complete.

Looking forward to reviewing. Thanks for sharing.

so I installed comp werks integrated tail lights and Corse Dynamics fender eliminator today. It wasn't that bad to install it at all took a friend and I about 40 minutes to get the job done. To answer your question Jimmytwotimez yes you can mount them to the pegs. The only thing I might change is the license plate light. Its kinda exposed a little and you can see the wire but beside that I really like how it turned out.

Looks great Joey! I just picked the CW integrated tail light myself. Good to know that it was only a 40 min install. Any tips or pointers on the install before I tackle it myself?

That plate mount would get me a ticket in New Mexico....but it looks darned nice!

Have you had bad experiences in the past with similar plate locations that earned you a ticket?

when I lived in New Mexico I had the same setup and never had a problem. I think it is really whether or not the officer wants to stop you. they will always find "something" if they want.

Yes it can. It's a tight fit but it does mount with the passenger rear sets in place. However, I do not recommend it. The Corse Dynamic mount is vertical and the weight of your passenger will compress the suspension to the point where the plate will contact your rear fender. :(

its pretty straight forward but as your sliding the taillight into place make sure you have air scoop or air intake or what ever you call it attach to the pin hole. If you wait afterwards it will be a tight fit and kind of annoying to put it in hole... yea yea yea I know thats what she said :p
