Just buy a second hand loom and customise it would be the most cost effective way .
I have another loom I have been meaning to do the same thing .
Just make sure you buy the correct loom for your bike .

I would second what wilkson said. If you take your time, you can remove quite a bit although there is no good elock workaround yet. Starting with a base harness (assuming you don't want abs or des) helps.
there is a sstk corse harness. It's easily identified in pictures from the 3 switches above the dash. The TPL AMA bike had it. I don't think they're too easy to get without some help.

Speaking with a Corse dealer there is a harness piece to remove the chipped ignition
key assembly, don't know how much of the loom is included in the kit but is priced
at $2900.00 thought for that you'd get a full harness, somehow I doubt it.
That was via Rexxer USA anybody have part #
