Lorenzo is cleared to ride but Pedrosa is not since he broke his collarbone

Lorenzo has an the most death defying high air launch crashes of any rider I've ever seen . its no wonder he does the space suit routine . He is like an astronaut .
glad he is OK .

gotta love his tenacity

Lorenzo came back in the afternoon and qualified third right behind Marquez.

And Rossi it on pole. Unbelievable. Mark will be happy...

How about Old Man River, reaching down and pulling a 43 out of the bag? Take it away Mark.

marks probably pushing pins in the rossi doll as we speak :D

he might have to spill the blood of a chicken too

ROSSI is on fire LMAO

Bummer. Was hoping for a full season. It's a 22 rider class with 4 or 5 riders capable of a podium finish in a dry race. I wish there was a way to make racing more competitive. Most of the premier class field have 0 wins 0 podiums. Most of the "packages" ( rider, bike and team) are not even competitive In that class. They seriously need to do something in Pro racing to have a competitive field not a competitive 4 and 20 other riders to fill up space. I would like to see more top WSBK and BSB riders in GP. Of corse all of the riders at that level are insanely talented but a lot of those guys are just never going to be competitive in the premier class. Rabat won the 2014 Moto2 Championship. Unlike MM, he didn't step into a factory seat and he is completely insignificant in the premier class.

Marquez is an animal . As much as he deserves this championship and as much as he is the most talented rider to come to motogp in like forever - I hope the new young guns give him a challenge next year. I hope lorenzo gets along well with the duc too. I prefer a little bit more racing in racing LOL

8 different winners from 4 different factories and even 2 satellite teams... and there are still two races left. Maybe Stoner rides in Australia and makes it 9? Who knows?

It may not be competitive from a championship standpoint but definitely improved a lot from on an individual race by race level this year compared to YamaHondaGP last year and MarquezGP the year before that.

mark is very happy 5 titles in 7 years lets start the rossi is back when he wins a race.

I didn't expect marc to win the title nor did I want him to in that fashion. crashing happens. as you rossi fans always say the pressure is why marc or jlo cant keep up with rossi. well rossi couldn't keep up with marc there was too much pressure.
I would have much rather marc win in PI, JLO not crash and finish the race and be in second place overall.

That is not the way to give someone a World Title.......A bit like 2006:)

nobody gave anybody a world title. the 46 had to push very hard to be competitive . the pressure got to him he wiped out. marc earned the world title.

Congrats to Marquez. Rest of MotoGP will be boring. Next year!

you really think it will be boring? it will be my most stressful season. first I really don't think JLO will be competitive. he wont be able to ride the ducati the bike doesn't fit his style at all. you need a balls out rider like stoner, crazy iaonne or marquez. dovi is great but he wont get it done . I really like dovi but they should have kept 29 instead. JLO may get some podium finishes but I don't think he was the right choice. ducati should have given marc anything he wanted.
dani will win 1 or 2 races but it will come down to 93 and 46. now talent wise there is no comparison, rossi isn't in the same league as marquez, however the Honda isn't in the same league as the Yamaha, its all marquez's talent.

what I am saying is if you like 46 this is his last chance at 10. hopefully it wont happen.

young guns or TOPGUN. mavrick will be enemy number one in the Yamaha garage not any other rider. mavrick will be the wildcard factor for next year. if the guy starts winning next year look out it will be chaos. you let a world champion go for a has been then bring in the top gun and he starts whipping your number one even though your number one has been number 2 since 2010:D
