Took the plung today! Got my hands on the very first 1299s that the Charlotte dealer recieved. No pre order or anything!
A little about me: I've been ridding for about 15 years. I've had many bikes including FZR600, R6, 2005 R1, Aprilia Futura, KTM Superduke, Kawasaki Concours 14, and Triumph Street Triple. I love track days but its been awhile since I've been really into it. My dad rides a 93 Ducati 900ss that he bought new and still loves today.
I hope that my 1299s delivers the same long term joy that my dad's 900ss gave him. See ya'll around!
