Just ordered Anniversario!!

I ordered mine last week! Put a 3k deposit, now just waiting. I'm super excited though, this will be my first Ducati, and my first brand new vehicle. I told my dealer to not open the crate before I get there so I can see it be unboxed.

Hey another WA member! Are you on pnwmoto.com? I ordered mine from Westside Motorsports here in Spokane. They weren't even going to get any Anniversario's until I put in my order. The lady said all the guys in the shop are excited to see it lol.

I'm in that forum from time to time, but alot really. Lucky you, I'm kinda surprised they got one. I was seriously looking at one, but I won't get rid of my R's, it would hurt to much lol

I guess its just me that is totally dumbfounded why anyone would spend 30K on a stock 1299.

Because the extras it comes with are worth more than the price difference, not to mention the special paint scheme and there only being 500 of them. That's just me though.

lol read the ducati website and it will tell you the difference...
but for your info this bike is actually REALLY a good deal. you getting a race akra slip on + all the carbons + new evo + lithium battery + getting 1 of 500 in the ENTIRE world. I thought this bike was going for 40k but it is only $28999 and this is a GOOD DEAL for the price

Ordered mine Monday after WDW I can't wait to see it sometime in August! Ordered mine from a Central PA dealer.. Basically was told it's gonna be a 17 model that's all I got out of them so far.

Yeah, that was Sasha. You took my bike! (LOL) I picked up their 15R that sat on their floor all year. I have a feeling these bikes aren't going to sit around; by the time I can afford another one, they'll be gone.

No bad, $28,990 that's like the price of the Tri back in 2012. Paint job, few carbon bits + Slip-on. I think the electronics will eventually trigger down to the base/S models in '17 or '18.

Yeah, I went there a couple weeks ago before ordering the Anniversario and was looking at the 1299s. She mentioned someone just bought the "R". Must've been you lol.

Well, you're trying to be logical which doesn't work for this market. I think the tri-colore with the gold (the right gold) wheels can work a few wallets loose on their own. I've always liked them when they first (in my mind) came out in 07 as a 1098. I almost got one until I heard rumblings about the R coming out in 08.

I put a deposit too, but still waiting to hear from the dealership. Anyone got a call from Ducati yet? I m thinking about adding the akra headers? Does the bike come with integrated taillight?

Nope, no stock bike will come from the factory with an integrated tail light sadly.
