If you have either key there is a code on them you can use to order them your purchasing dealer should also have it on file.

Just buy a key blank, duplicate your remaining key and go to your dealer. He will use his Ducati diagnostics to program the new key to work with your bike (bring your original key with as he would need that too). Your bike will only accept two keys at a time so once that has been done the key you have lost will not work on your bike any more so nobody can use it to steal your bike.
