sooo.. come across lots of cheap S LED headlights avalible. none seem to come with the wiring harness with is another part you need to make the lights work on base. still not sure if this is actually true as the sellers arnt even sure.... has anyone else put s headlights on base and whats required? pics? thankyou.

ps understand better and most probably cheaper getting a hid convertion kit but going to try as the S headlights look trick!!!! while im at it whats the best hid kit that matches the s white look for the base? :)

Ahem, lots of "cheap" S LED headlights?

My understanding is that these are a minimum $2,000 part OEM. What is "cheap" and where is your source?

Also, others have stated that it is not a plug and play swap for a base due to at minimum the differences in the wiring harness.

Keep us posted and I want to see these 'cheap' assemblies.

FWIW, I retrofitted HID in mine (check my crappy avatar iPhone pic) and I couldn't be happier:D

I'm pretty sure it's off of a wrecked one. But there are more parts required, i.e., different harness.

At closer inspection, I must say I'm on the fence now. Given the damn thing is upside down in the friggin pix and I can't see the bottom scalloping inside the housing that goes like this uuuuu kinda on each side its hard to tell. Plus, does it include the LED bulbs and electronics?

If legit and fully functional, I will admit that its relatively cheap.

Just need the $1300 wiring harness and you're good to go! But I am sure you can get your money back out at time of selling the bike down the road! :D
