Polish on a wool pad.

That should buff out, but you need to understand lots about how to do it. I have five or so products and several tools that I would use to remove those marks. Find a detailer to do it for you, or read this and learn how (starting about page 11).
clay bar it, then polish (with polishes, some are way more aggressive).
