I take a two or three really long trips a year (not on the pani).

BUT my idea of roughing it is no cable at the hotel. ;)
 
Sweet! A mobile home with attached garage! Now that's high class...

All kidding aside its actually a pretty cool design.
 
Relevant to title: any long distance Ducatisti ride their pani with stock seat?

Interesting item.
I like the idea of a vestibule area for the bike.
12lb. pack weight on the tent makes it a little weighty for a bike.
No separate fly means condensation could be a problem - especially if there are two sleepers.
Still...worth consideration.
I do a good bit of M/C camping every year on my Triumph ST (last long trip was from GA up to VT this past Sept.). Weight and size get to be issues on long trips
