Hello all--I recently acquired a pristine 2012 1199S--but the plastics that surround the cockpit--mainly the ignition key area/lateral sections adjacent to the ignition area, and the forward plastic part under the windshield. All these stock plastic parts are looking a little old on my bike and I would like to refresh them with CF.
I'd also consider a carbon fiber shock cover and rear mudguard.
There are options on Ebay, but:
1) some of them are just dipped ABS plastic-no thanks. Others come from Europe or China--not necessarily bad but long ship times and difficult returns.
2) Buying all these parts from various vendors will almost certainly result in un-matching bits with different weaves and finishes.
Does anybody have any of these parts, used or otherwise, that they want to get rid of? Would be great if somebody had a complete set--for reasonable $$.
