M9RS Forged Magnesium Wheels

I have a friend that is selling basically a new set of the M9RS foraged mag wheels. They were purchased new in 2021 and only on the bike for a couple months (800 miles so tires were mounted and taken off). I was going to list them for him but have no idea wow the value. I know they sell new for $5,800 from Ducati and I think he is looking for $4,400.

For reference, I bought a new set of M10RS forged mag wheels last year for $4400 Canadian, tax and shipping included.

Even with the latest manufacturing techniques, I think people are a little wary of buying magnesium wheels that are used.
If the sale price is too close to the new price, then (from my perspective) it's better to buy new. I guess a $1400 drop from list price is not bad, except that good negotiation or being in the right place at the right time can sometimes bring the new price down.
