Ok Guys, I have a MAJOR complaint about the 2013 Panigale I picked up tonight and My Ears are ringing....... From all the yelling from my excitement!! i was screaming inside my helmet when i rode this beast home!!!!!!! HOLY ..... One car pulled up to take my pick, one tall BMW thought he was cool until i dropped it to second gear and smoked him.... Yea my legs were hot as hell but i forgot about that once drove a little faster!!!!!!!!!!! Insane beast! Ive never driven a Ducati, and I got the 2013 and just drove it into my living room. My daughter has already posted the pics on Facebook, instagram etc and all her friends are drooling. I didn't know this bike would turn me into a rock start WOW. Im incredibly excited. Now i just have to learn how to operate all these modes etc. Since i just street ride, i shouldnt have to do too much. Floor stand and Comfort seat already on order..... I dont know if ill be able to sleep tonight hahaha

I completely understand your excitement. This bike is absolutely amazing. I had to ride today to work since the cold weather broke through in the 60s. It was a great day to ride!

Congrats on new ride!!!

Welcome and congrats! I know what you mean! ENJOY! As a matter of fact a guy in a Ferrari gave my the thumbs up this afternoon lol

Good to hear some positive feedback! I haven't had anything that has run my Pani on the street except a 200 Rwhp Hayabusa bored to 1550 cc, beats me on top end after 170 mph. Love to play with the cars on the street that think they are fast :D I went out riding today, regardless that there was still snow on the ground. Long as the streets are clear and the temps are ok... Im ridin! Enjoy your bike!

Just pray you don't run into any S1KRRs or HP4s.. :)

I should mention i'm coming off a HD and a Yamaha R1. I still own my yamaha but not sure for how much longer. Completely different ride.... but fun as hell

Congrats on new ride!!!

60 degrees is the cut off for riding?....man....my cut off now is 25.

You're leaving a lot of riding in storage.

EasyJay...congrats and ride it until the wheels melt!...my R1 lasted 3 months before i traded it for my Multi 1200S

Nothing against a Hi-Boo...But that is slightly unfair...I would like to see the Hi-Boo full speed ahead, then cram into a hairpin  @ 125mph and come out of it like a Duc....:D

I'm still as excited now as I was 8 months ago. Taking the bike to my first track day was a great experience. I'm a road rider but I'm now hanging out for my next track visit. The up-map makes this a new bike for me!

Congrats! I fully understand your excitement as I am sure most people here do. I still can't stop smiling everytime I ride!

Screwem! HP4=nice with a big touch of ugly but Pani=sweet hyperbike with class ...... Gorgeous!:p

I prefer the pani too, but this thread has a lot of straight line/drag talk and I don't think she's the best tool for that. Maybe if you add the DP extended swingarm, chrome kit with neon accents and a 40 shot. :)

Anyway, I wouldn't go cruising for Busas or HP4s on her unless you like looking at tail lights.

I am right there with you. My cold threshold lowered tremendously since I got this Pani! I never owned/looked at so much cold weather gear!
