Making throttle quicker

I am about to upgrade my track 1199 based on experiences from this season. One of the things I am looking to improve is throttle travel/response. As I am also yet to install RapidBike or Tuneboy, I am wondering if any of these two will enable me to adjust throttle travel so that I need less turn to fully open, or if I need to use a quick response throttle regardless of the electronics.
Thanks!

Tuneboy has a short pull throttle mode. Won't make the throttle handle actually stop, but the butterflies are wide open from 70% input

To go along with tuneboy-
I have made spacers inserts to stop the travel at 70% so it's definitely possible.

Tuneboy seems to be the way to go for many of my mods:
1, With the quickshifter straingauge I can set gearshifts to be quicker
2, I can make my throttle quicker
3, It will adjust fueling to whichever exhaust I end up buying (I might need Dyno setup though)

Am I living in a dream, or is all that more or less realistic to expect?

So I now need to find the exact Tuneboy model/package that gives me all the required functionalities, plus a place nearby to install and set it all up.

Let me know if I am missing something...
