When filling the fork with fluid, after installing the complete cartridge, it is not necessary to bleed the
damper rod cartridge assembly to ensure fluid enters the damper rod, because the assembly cannot be
taken apart so it already contains some fluid.
Make sure that the rebound adjuster rod is fully screwed in.
To check for proper filling, move sleeve fully down and set fluid level at 130 mm from the top edge,
corresponding to air height.
