MotoGP 2013 ps3

i just ordered this game for ps3. since i am from the states i cant find a way to get the top rider download. with the download you get to be rossi for ducati, as well as stoner and the tech 3 teams.

anybody know how to get this download if your from the states? anybody have the game ?

Thought about buying the game and no one seems to have it local. Let me know if it's any good.
