My DIY fender eliminator/rear turn signals

I utilized the stock mounting piece. I cut off the plate extension mount piece with a band saw. A Dremel or similar tool would work. I am still considering using some sandable epoxy to fill the piece from the inside and outside. That way I could sand it down at smooth angles for better looks. But not until I figure out if I'm going to mount a plate light inside it or not. I took the stock led plate light out of its mounting piece in hopes to mount it inside where the bolt nuts are. The pics should be fairly self explanatory. I used metric 7 hex bolts with nylon locker nuts to affix the henge, plate mount piece. I plan to use some flush mount turn signals. I will hide them up near the brake light. I'll post pics when I get to that in the next week or so.

Here is my rear turn signal setup. I used led flush mount signals that I bought on eBay. $15 maybe. I pulled the lights apart and removed the led board so I could cut and smooth the plastic post on the base. I re-routed the wires to exit where I wanted so they would hide well. The hardest part was fishing small wire through the seat storage compartment. I used the stock connectors from the stock rear turn signals. I fished the wires from the inside out. The pics should explain...
