motoscience, where did you find those?

The only mirrors I see like that on the Ducati site are for the Monster.

Is the actual mirror housing adjustable like on most bikes or will the mirror inside the housing move like it does now on the 1299 which to me is a horrible design and Im not sure why know one has made a mirror housing that actually moves and can be adjusted instead of the Ducati design where on the inside of the mirror moves and take god knows how long to finally adjust it.

If it's on the fairing then it will be useless like the stock mirrors and vibrate like a MF so you can see just a blur.....

I had these on a 1125CR I used to own years ago. They were nice, vibrated less than stock. I wouldn't mind having another set on the Pani.

Are there still vibrate like crazy? By the look of it, it'd vibrate like OEM

These mirrors are much better than stock. They do not vibrate as much (they still do vibrate). You can definitely see much better than the crappy Ducati stock mirrors. I installed them on my Panigale R and I love them. Only caveat, no turn signals. I installed the bar signals from Bellissimoto

All the feedback is that they vibrate less than stock
and happy with the style. The LED mirrors have adjustable heads.
Grab the head and the whole mirror moves.
The Ducati Performance mirror is a fixed head but you can
adjust mirror arm angle on the fly.

The pivot joint on all 4 mirrors is a spring loaded design.
The construction is alloy base and arm vs. the all plastic stock 959/1299 mirror.

The reason Ducati keeps re-using the "car type adjustable mirrors inside a shell" design is for wind protection. At triple digit speeds the stock mirror is not affected by the hurricane wind speeds. The problem is that this design will always vibrate more because it has very little mass. This design began with the Ducati 907 and continues until today. I guess Ducati is always thinking about high speed function.....while most of us live to ride at lower speeds.

Vibration was cut down to around half. Still there, but I could actually see behind me. These had the integrated turn signals which were nice.

Damn.... Digging up old pictures kinda makes me miss that bike.

Told You Guys About This!!

Cmon now my fellow Members??

I've been telling you about my affiliation with Moto Science for YEARS now. And how absolutely unreal ALL these mirrors are!

The Owner of this Company, Henri, has been a friend of mine for a very, very long time and has been outfitting ALL my bikes with his awesome mirrors forever! As Mike stated, the mirrors Henri sells are without a doubt the most useful afternarket mirrors anyone can purchase! There are so many different styles and even my favorite, the Carbon Fiber finish too! Henri is a true stand up guy that will in most cases provide you with a discount for saying that I sent you to him as a referral too! Right Henri?? ;)

Trust me on this folks, Moto Science mirrors are the REAL DEAL and are so easy to mount w his plug n play ability. As stated, used them w all my Ducatis with GREAT SUCCESS - therefore they have the "Gunny Fitz" stamp of approval for sure! Lmfao!

Disclaimer: Mine definitely weren't plug and play. They were great and I would buy them again, but it would be even better if they came ready to connect with the factory wires.

Hmmm.

One time I had to Jerry rig install but for most part it was simple.
Glad to hear your but em again regardless though.
I just sent Henri this link now via text and wanted to ensure he may be able to hook members up if dropping my name w him as well. Stay safe Rogue!!

**Some of the bikes with Henri's gear mounted. Also, 2 of the Stockers - can you figure out which is which??

The reason the small square white connectors are supplied separately is because some Ducati wire harnesses back in 2008-10 were ~reverse polarity. LEDS only will work in the correct polarity.

Cheers Gunny....since we are showing bikes : here's a sweet looking 848

Can you get bar end led indicators but still weighted like the stock bar ends?

Henri looked after me
I have had his mirrors on my 1199 about 2 or 3 years
Great product and good support

No, but you can fill your clip ons with lead/copper shot or fishing weights to achieve the same vibration dampening mass.

Or check out : "barsnake"

Barsnake

They use this on Harley washing machines to smooth out something....
