Absolutely in love with the V2 Bayliss! Can't wait till her 1st service is done and she's broken in! There will be light mods to come. So far the ubiquitous NRC tail tidy, 20220828_110231.jpgMotomillion Fullsix carbon front fender and some Ebay rim tape ( I know, tacky.. I get it.) Debating on what to do with the mirrors. Never have liked bar-ends. Please post some V2 mods if you will!

Buy block off plates for when you track it, which should be priority one.
If you mean block off plates for the secondary air system then this mod should only be done when a correct ECU map is flashed. Just closing the SAS without the O2 sensor still active will make the bike run worse. Alternatively the SAS can be deactivated in the ECU map without removing the system.

I meant for the mirrors.

I have SAS block off plates but my O2 sensors are removed and disabled. I know Woolich offers the option to disable it, but I’m not aware of any other tunes which do. Not that I really looked though.

Ahhh…mirrors! Yes. For sure for track days you need block off plates for those.

As for the SAS Woolich can only disable the diagnostics for the valve when removing it but cannot disable the valve while installed.
Just removing the valve including the diagnostics is another poor solution as the ECU will think the SAS is still there and adjust the fuelling for the extra air that the valve would provide into the exhaust.

I am still using a T800 Termi slip-on tune with my Akra full system. I think the US government here came down on Ducati North America so they are hesitant to flash the akra performance map, not that it is all that good. I am still looking for a better tuning option.

Right now I have block off plates, eliminator plug on the SAS pump, O2 sensors are removed, T800 Termi slip-on map with the Akrapovic full Ti system. EVAP canister has been removed, with breather and overflow routed to a catch can. Bike runs good, no real complaints, maybe heat on the street. If the fans turned on earlier...maybe it would help.

I sure can provide a better tuning solution then the T800. PM me if interested.

Make it a 90-630 big bang. Turn one bank of cams around 180 degrees.

The SAIS is meant to pump air into the exhaust to burn any unburnt fuel remaining after the power stroke. The ECU does not add any fuel to be burnt 'Outside' the engine. More air downstream is what is intented to keep emissions green. Correct me if wrong.
