Looking for just a single color on tank and fairings while retaining the original decals(ducati,1299s, etc.). Anyone know of a guy or place?

Any body shop can handle that. Just try a few and get some quotes.

The original decals wouldn't be retained, they would be replaced.

PM me if you'd like one of the very best paintwork guys in the US my man. Meanwhile. Please do search here for the extremely happy members who had their entire bikes, some partial jobs, by my good friend Sean Lezotte of Connecticut Cycle Refininishing!

Not a high priced guy who does ALL the work himself in his one man business and has produced some hundred award winning jobs, including 5-6 of mine personally. Plus he's a super great guy to deal with. Perhaps some of the members who had work done by him and see this thread would like to chime in too? Trust me, he's worth every penny my friend- look for my custom carbon fender here too!

Happy Easter by the way!

Yes sir, he has a "request a quote" section on his site.
Don't worry, I just told him we used to date back in high school...

How much does something like this usually go for? Buying a OEM racing plastic and having it painted like that. Looks dope!

Your BEST BET is to get a set of aftermarket body work (Sharskinz is preferred) and talk ideas over with Sean about how much you want done to it. It can be anywhere from $750 to $17, 750.00 it all depends on what you want to see out of it all. :)
