No, the headers bolt up I think is a bit different. And the stock 1299 system is 60mm as opposed to 50mm on the 1199. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I know the akra will fit both but not the termi.

I'm aware of the new systems that came out.
PM me and we can discuss price. I priced it well in my opinion especially considering that it's a brand new and un-used system but I guess that's up for my fellow Ducati community to determine.

Personally I like the old rear exit system much better than the new one.
I don't know him personally but he is a user in Florida. ducfreek5 (user). He has blanks(empty key) which can be programmed or if the map is on your bike, you can load it on the upmap key. So if your one of your friends has an exhaust already, you can plug yours into his system and take his program and then load it onto your bike.
Please chime in if I am mistaken fellow forum members.
As far as installing it without the upmap, yes, it can be done but when you are tuning your bike for optimum performance, its something you would want to do!! I have heard of it running lean but uncertain of any bogging issues because my understanding of its effects on the air/gas ratio's is more for emissions but your throttle response at low rpm would be altered. I have read that dealers have said its fine to ride when they were unable to load the maps and say to come back when there files were fixed on there systems.
