hi guys picked this up to go with my pani. Its just out from a french manufacturer called Roof. With the model name being Desmo. Its very comfy, no turbulence, built and sprayed well, light enough and you can have a smoke as well. What do you think.http://ducati1199.com/images/attach/jpg.gif http://ducati1199.com/images/attach/jpg.gif http://ducati1199.com/images/attach/jpg.gif http://ducati1199.com/images/attach/jpg.gif http://ducati1199.com/images/attach/jpg.gif http://ducati1199.com/images/attach/jpg.gif

So how you like that lid.

You got me looking, and this has to be the coolest looking helmet I've seen. I'm going to buy this for tooling around town:

Not sure..... when closed looks like an octopus is wrapped to your chin, clutching your ears......

Colors are good though.......

hi guys thanks for replys. Its very very comfy thanks to the luxury comfort pads which you can change position of cheeks, cap, headband and actually pad size. The materials used are soft and fit for a queen. Literally blew the arai corse comfort lid out the warter when i a-b,d them in the shop. My normal lid is a Shoei X-Spirit 2 Glory 2 Helmet, but the roof I found is a softer warmer feeling putting it on, on a cold morning. Though id probably feel safer with an arai the desmo carrys the same safety stamp. Vents work very well and i can see ill really appreciate this on hot days. I took the windbreaker bib out and it started forcing cold air directly to my mouth in a good way. chin strap very easy to use. Only neg so far is though advertised 1 hand operation i still have to use both hands to open lid though to be fair its loosening up all the time. Lastly its not as quite as my shoie but its not far off and there are none of those whistle type noises at any speed. thanks

ha dark visor now on order ill post pics when it arrives. I can now unfortunately say this helmet also works in the rain very well with no misting to the visor at all. However i sure hope not to be testing that again....
