NEW - Hi from CANADA

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum but in a lot of my searches I googled this forum prior too joining. I was assisted a lot! Thank you all !!!

Purchased my Diavel Dark in 'early' 2014. Just love the beast. I can honestly say where ever I go I constantly have people turning there heads and complimenting but I'm sure most of you would share the same agreement!

After getting it new out of the crate I did as dealer recommended via kms and breakin! After that I pretty much have road it bad outta hell. I've got close to 22,000kms on the bike now to date. I've had no issues but one which I will explain here shortly!

It didn't take long before I had to get tinkering and changing things up. To date installed are;

- Full Termi's (ceramic black), ECU, Air Filter
- Dyno jet power commander (dyno tuned)
- Aftermarket Rims
- Aftermarket Seat (RICH'S custom seat / Kingston Washington)
- CRG mirrors
- Windscreen
- Garmin Nav IV (setup)
- T-Rex / Constands Paddock

I had my bike in for service just before my ride last weekend because my pre-load knob was spinning. Didn't think too much of it but it turns out the shock is pooched and I just have the spring for assist. Guy said it was ok for my trip for riding but no luggage or passengers. I managed trip with no prob but I must say I felt every bump! So just TODAY ... after much homework and shopping around I decided to take a credit card hit and purchase the Ohlins rear! Lots of guys are raving about it and guys in my dealership were saying the same thing. All I know is that the box better be made out of Gold as well! My business went to KYLE's Racing! Real Beauties and best price. I'd be happy to have them help me further with anything down the road.

So now .. my question. I know the shock is a bit tricky to put in .. ! Been searching .. is there any videos on how to .. ?! I'm pretty mechanically savy. I have all the stands as well .. feedback welcome!
