New Motul formula

Anyone have thoughts on this? I spoke with a Motul rep at MotoGP in Austin and he said this is the newer formula which is triple-ester based versus the old one which was "only" double-ester.

300V Factory Line Road Racing 15W50 - Motul

that link is the new oil or old version? never mind i see it. i think motul is the best oil around but i wont spend 18 a litre when i get castrol for 8 you really think its 10 better?

I do not see any reference to 'triple esters' even on the Motul website.

How do you know and what exactly do you look at to determine it is the new formula?

I'm just relaying the information I was given by a Motul rep. The picture on the bottle is the only identifier I can see that distinguishes the old and the new.

I just put the new Motul formula in my 750 yesterday. I was at a dealer Saturday and noticed the new label, but didn't think much of it. The old formula says "double-ester" on the label and the new formula says "ester core". I don't see anything about triple-ester on the front or back. Either way, I like Motul's oil and will probably use it in my 1199 for the next oil change (dealer put Silkolene in it for first change).
