New Rage Cycles Fender Eliminator kit for Vandemon Undertail exhaust small problem fixed

Hey guys. This is for anyone who has a Vandemon Undertail exhaust and either bought or wants to buy the New Rage Cycles fender eliminator kit for undertail exhausts. Their product is outstanding. But the only problem is it wasnt really designed to work with the Vandemon exhaust. On their website it shows a pic mounted on a 1299 but its with an Akrapovic exhaust. The Akrapovic is wider than the Vandemon. So the NRC license plate holder since right in between the exhaust cans. If you use the NRC fender eliminator kit with a Vandemon your license plate bracket and plate with cover the right and left exhaust can a little bit. As well as sit a tiny bit in front of the exhaust cans. Although the NRC is adjustable and you can flip it upwards to move it away from the cans it looks silly and your license plate is pointing upwards. Attached are a few pics. In the pic from behind you only see the license plate over the left exhaust can. Thats because the exhaust wasnt tightened and the exhaust can bracket wasnt adjusted yet. Once the exhaust was fitted the licence plate bracket covered both cans a little. In another pic you see how close the license plate is to the exhaust cans and in another pic you see how its now further away. What I did was drill two new holes 3 1/4 inches up and away from the original holes. Then bolted the plate holder and now its not sitting over the cans.
