Where do you guys go for service in NJ. Cross County is close but I have heard so many horror stories I'd go far away from there. Trebour is where I got my bike and they have been great, but I know they recently stopped selling Ducati and not sure if they are servicing them anymore.

motorcycle mall just became an official dealership/service shop for ducati.. they even pulled some italian mechanic straight out of the land of pasta.. give them a call..

1. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE CC FOR SERVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. I could give you a list of about 500 reasons why not to. From what I've read about Motorcycle Mall, their service department aint so hot either.

If you can, PLEASE go to Ferraci in Philadelphia. Its WORTH EVERY MOMENT!

From overcharging, to incorrect parts, to wrong tires being put on my bike, to not resetting computers, to being rude, etc etc, heed my warning. Take your money somewhere where you are treated as a human, a feller rider; not a number on an invoice with a dollar amount.

Oh, and cross country $120 an hour. ........

Have heard the same and wasn't planning on it. I'm just exploring all the options. Does Ferraci have a pickup and delivery service? Trebour did and I use to just have them come and get my bike do the work and drop it off. Ferraci is only 45 min from me. Looks like they have a dyno. Maybe I'll have them put a PC on and tune it.

I ain't got time for taking it anywhere lol.

Must be a Ducati hatred thing. Cross Country replaced the frame and some bits on my 2011 s1000rr after a lowside. They promised I'd get it back better than new. They delivered on that promise.

Only way to tell the frame was replaced was the missing VIN placard. They tidied up the messes I made installing extra bits (I lack the ocd necessary to make wiring look good if it can't be seen). And they never loss their cool despite the constant phone calls and visits to check on my baby. And when compared to other people's reports on 1st service costs, they priced out to lower-middle of the pack.

i dont know where you are in nj but try ducati nyc. pretty good 99 dollars an hour. opposed to 125 an hour at CC.
