My Termi system finally arrived the other day. I took it out and test fitted it together to make sure I wasn't going to run into anything unexpected with fitment issues and then pulled the db killers (one of which just had to fight me).

Then I put the polish wheel on my grinder... I don't why I do these things. I still have a bit to go. I did this as the test bit and will only do the back loop and side pipe. Screw doing it all, I'm not that nuts.

Personally, I love the looks of a nicely polished exhaust... It's somethiing different on a sportbike and seems to fit our bodywork nicely.

I used to polish frames, 1 word of advice is once you do it you r a slave to it. Unless u get it cleared, which never looks as good as just polished.

Agreed, your not right in the head, but that has nothing to do with the pipes.;)

Wait until I send that pic of the pipes on your sofa to the wife!

It was a brand new buffing pad that I used and .... was flying everywhere. I had to take the car out and hose it off when I was finished with the first part. I was looking a mess too... But that's the norm.

I should be able to start on the install on Wednesday. If it takes my tech 5 hrs to do then I should be able to do it in 15. :D

You've messed up. Now what are you going to do this coming winter when it's too cold to ride and you're trying to find something to do to fill the time..... Hmmmm???

No way..
I bet 4
Your not getting payed 100$ an hour to do it..

8 hours into it...

If you want to do it yourself... Get slip-ons.

Its been an experience, that's for sure. To sum it up: To get to bolt 'A' you need to remove part 'D' to remove part 'C' to move part 'B' out of the way. Repeat.

I still have a few things to take care of. Maybe another 4 hrs and it will be on the road again. Problem is I wont have 4 hrs until Sunday.

If anyone complains about how much a dealer charges to install this system feel free to see me... So I can kick you in the dick. :D
