The European spec bikes or euro 5 have had 4 sensors since ‘21.

Same as my R, except I'm going to go with Maxton suspension this time. I'm probably also going to buy a Bitubo shock, as I've really enjoyed their kit before. After I've tested them all against each other, I'll keep the one I prefer and eBay the ones I don't like.

I am fairly tall, 6'2.
Yep, rode one last year. I've never really had a problem with smaller bikes
Equally, I don't ride them across Europe though!

I'm 6'3" but only like sport bikes for shorter rides. Proportionally, I have long arms and legs. With the Ducati/Rizoma rearsets dropping them down and back all the way helped. I hear the R1 is cramped, more so than the stock Panigale. Never rode one though.

I think my iPhone has a bigger display. I mean, old(er) tech is generally more refined. Ducati has a way of turning its owners (and MotoGP riders) into beta testers.
