Please see photos for a couple scratches from my low side.

This is a great deal for someone who wants to maybe send this unit back to OHLINS and have them gut the shock and basically turn it into a TTX GP shock. (Ive read they can do that, but never done it myself so I can't confirm).

Removed from my 2013 1199R with 10,000 miles.

I went with a lighter setup since I'm only a scrawny 130 pounds.

Is there a way to remove the electronics and use it on a base? I vaguely remember a kit-

Yes, it IS possible. I do not know what is involved though. Maybe contact Jarel and ask him about what Ohlins can do, or if you can buy manual adjusters.
Either way, this thing is 10,000 times better than the stock Sachs junk they put on the base.

you can do the Panigale Mark II conversion
Includes Inner & outer body, pressure springs, ubs GP knobs (or knobs of your choice), 1/2 liter 1309 oil and labor
all for 550! and all setup for your bike from Lenny Albin from Nitron USA he worked for ohlins for many years

Replaced with the ttx gp shock. I'm looking to advance my skills on the track and wanted the best.
Also, I'm very very light- 130 pounds- so the stock one just was too heavy for my comfort.

Just as Z said you can have the MKII conversion done and it becomes MUCH cheaper than buying one prefab.
Price dropped to $359 shipped. Needs to find a new home. ASAP!
