Some one posted this in Ducati Facebook Group. But they are from Germany.
I want to mount it like this, with no holes and 2mm Stainless Steel or aluminum. Since titanium changes color at high temperature.
Can you please cut a pair like this for me from aluminum or stainless steel.?
Grill will sit in to the exhaust from inside if you look closely.

They will never fit perfectly from the inside unless you make them exact to your opening.
That’s why my design has an outer rim and mounting tabs.
The exhaust openings all vary by size, radius and width. Doesn’t make sense since they look to be drawn or hydroformed, but it is what it is
