Long ride Sunday.... 6.30am home at 11pm... anyway finally got to clean my bike this morning...Lo and behold my Ducati Corsa windshield has a huge crack in it.... So... knowing what a doozy of a job this is I want to do something different...Corsa windshield is a great shape and really works for me but its really thin and obviously vulnerable....so anyone have experiences with after market windshields?? Puig Z racing maybe???

-- i've had Zero Gravity a few seasons, on different bikes - they offer 4 versions/replacements for each bike - Stock/double bubble/corsa/sport tour

-- not knowing that Ducati included a corsa screen with the 1199r, i purchased a zero-gravity shield - sold the DP one - the zero-gravity is dark tinted

-- Zero Gravity - World Class Windscreens

Did you get the corsa??

Did you get the double bubble??

-- no...i go for the Corsa every time - they show multiple angles of view(on the web site), and the corsa you can see has a little bit more height

-- the gray bar across the computer screen helps you gauge each ones height

-- sorry, i mean YES i've gotten the Corsa (on each bike) :)

How or why do you think it cracked?.

We rode on some roads in Oklahoma that had large loose stone chips...some maybe as big as an inch across.... we would suddenly hit a section of this road..no warning and bam... flying stones... The damage as I see it appears to be about an inch around...DC windshield is very thin...

I got this clear windscreen at the dealer when I bought my bike. My understanding is that the DP Corsa screen only came in light smoke, so this makes me think this is actually a Zero Gravity clear "Corsa" profile screen, but it didn't have the ZG stickers on it. I've never liked the double-bubble's as there are big lines and distortion in the view if you tuck behind the screen.

I've always had great results with Zero Gravity-brand products, street and track.

Yikes, if it cracked your windscreen, then I can only imagine the chips in the paint on forward-facing painted surfaces. I'm glad I got XPEL Ultimate film on mine.

Surprisingly fairing is pretty clean...bike has 6k miles on it now so fairing already had some minor chips....

I had a light smoke dp performance screen. Had just started out on a ride, looked down and the corner of the screen was split completely off. Had to duck tape it for the rest of the ride. Couldn't see any visible mark where it got hit.

I have a zero gravity corsa screen that I just got. It looks identical in shape to the dp one but much thicker.

I have the zero gravity SR series and enjoy the look not really going for function, and it has a good fit for aftermarket replacement and that is what i liked about it.
