You'll probably get oil in your airbox which will drain to the ground. Really depends how over filled

Sucks oil into air box. Stick some poly tube down the fill hole and pull it out until middle of sight glass.

And if the bike has done with over filling some high speed run in hot wether what impact that can be on engine + is there chnace for oil leakage from starter moter seals ?

depending on how much you over filled, you CAN get some oil sucked into airbox..once enough is in the airbox, it will drain out the LEFT side onto the engine, then youll see smoke and know there is issue...if you suck a bunch of oil into air box, youll see your entire LEFT side of bike and your boots soaked in oil!

if you dont see any oil drops under bike, you are probably ok Sir...you can pull tank and inspect airbox, that would be my advice.

Ensure your oil level in sight glass, with bike LEVEL is not more than 1/2 way full. Do that and your golden my man.

Yea the oil is driping from left side of the bike and below the bike there are oil patches . In the last service they put oil more then the required level and after that I rode like 2k km now the oil is showing is driping from left side of bike when chek the level still high on the oil gage. As per thr technician the oil is leaking from starter motor . My point to ask is this happening because of they put more oil ? I also did 1 track day in between .

Can you confirm yourself if the oil is in fact leaking from the starter?

Horizontal valve cover seal leak. Starter is fine.

And do your checks more often than every 2k km. Like, every time you ride it.
