I've got the stock exhaust off my Panigake R, asking $750 OBO and a size 54 Ducati corse leather jacket $400

Ive had the Akra slip on for awhile, just cleaning out the garage and trying to get a new camera. Also, wanting to confirm the exhaust will fit the 1299 correct?
 
No it will not fit the 1299 without some modding. The angle on the flange is off by about 4-5 degrees. You won't be able to put the clamp back on. I tired. Another guy has done it but I believe he has some serious strain on the exhaust that way.
 
Gunmoto was able to fit it after getting that pie cut in the y-pipe and welded back up.
I did that for another guy but he hasn't fitted it yet/got some serious strain in the setup.

It is not plug and play. If you want to fit it to your 1299/959 bike, I recommend having a fabricator / welder assist you and take care of the measurements and fitment, as well as the cut in the y-pipe and the welding of that.

I can also offer to have it sent to me, setting it up in the fixture with the y-pipe and adjusting the angle.

Just out of curiosity, there are two different part numbers for the Akra slip on, one for the R and one for the 1299, what if you ordered the y pipe for the 1299? Would that make this slip on work for the 1299?

Not sure, you can go in revzilla and check what a Dainese size 54 euro would be, it's a us 44
 
If it does fit, then I am interested... See if anyone has an answer....
